Jim Relja

Jim Relja is a classically trained guitarist, vocalist, and respected instrument repairman from southwestern Pennsylvania. He performs both as a solo artist and with The Regular Joes, bringing a broad musical vocabulary and decades of experience to the stage, studio, and repair bench.

Jim’s connection to Carlson Guitars began long before the company itself. He was the repairman under whom I first received hands-on instruction, helping turn an early interest in guitars into a serious pursuit of building them. Years later, that relationship has come full circle: Jim now performs with a Carlson Harbinger and brings the perspective of both an accomplished player and an experienced repairman to the instrument.
